Candour? This blog embodies candour, we don’t see this type of honesty from men (or women) at the helm of companies. It dispels many myths: success is not an upward nor an outward trajectory:
The above depiction of success, I once thought, illustrated the financial success of business. Didn’t cross my mind, until I read Darius “Bubs” Monsef’s blog, that the struggles of getting a business off the ground are internal – affecting one’s mind, heart and soul. He goes on to say,
Even when we enjoy outward appearances of success, we can still bear heavy internal burdens.
