Wow!  Had the pleasure of seeing Melissa Agnes give a lecture at our University of Toronto Advanced Practices in Digital Reputation Management class.  She is a true professional and had many a tidbit to share about Crisis Management.

Melissa is president of Melissa Agnes Crisis Management.  She specializes in crisis response, prevention, planning and training for the digital age.

She imparted such knowledge as the difference, and when to recognize the difference, between a crisis and an issue and how to quell them and restore reputation in a world gone awry!
